Isaiah 40:30-31 (NIV)
30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
31 but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:30-31 (KJV)
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

As I was checking out this verse, I found beauty in it. God uses this lovely analogy to remind us to depend on him.
Below is what I've read:
Did you know that an eagle knows when a storm is approaching long before it breaks? The eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the winds to come.
When the storm hits, it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up and lift it above the storm. While the storm rages, below the eagle is soaring above it. The eagle does not escape the storm, it simply uses the storm to lift it higher. It rises on the winds that bring the storm.
When the storms of life come upon us ... and all of us will experience them ... we can rise above them by setting our minds and our belief toward God.
Wa I didn't know that the eagle is so clever one. :D
But all glory to God, because He is the One Who made them so clever, and for inspiring Isaiah to write something so apt.
I think we might have found the meaning behind this verse. ;)
