If you don't have the thirst that the Psalmist has for the house of God and for the people of God and the worship of God, I want to ask you right away, and ask my own heart: have you lost the wonder of it all? Have you?
When I read this quote it really bummed me with its authoritative tone. It also got me thinking about what have I been doing with all my free time, and also upon the wondrous things God has done, and is still doing for us.
I have an intention of posting this; Hope it blesses and brings reflective thoughts to everyone who reads it. :)

Wow, the Psalmist's thirst for God. That should speak alot about us as modern day christians. I guess sometimes, we have just fallen so short of His glory and righteousness, by the things we do, say, react etc. And it is a problem for me as well to come to God and worhip Him in solitude and quiet surrender nowadays especially with my exams coming =(.
I believe all of us face the same problems.
How do we push aside all those things that clog up our lives just to spend peaceful moments with God?
Hey bro, I think should be ok to steal 10-15 minutes for QT when you're so busy these days with the coming exams. It's good to break your mind, and allow God to enter in. :)
For me, I guess I try my bestest best to push things aside for Him, but still, I can't even have the thirst that the Psalmist for God. That's something that I still have to work on. ;)
Maybe however often that we do, let's just come to him, being ourselves plainly, with no rush or pretense, and be still together with Him. Quietly, prayerfully, let's share our time with Him.
I believe God does wonders in times like these. :)
Indeed true. Hmm Yeah, the psalmist's thirst for God stems from the close and deep communion they share with God daily. Imagine! Praising the Lord every single day of Your life!
How cool would that be. Alas! In Singapore, if you dun work got no money cannot survive. =( Hahah.
Yea man, during this period. All the more should we draw closer to the One who gives us strength! haha. Looks like its gonna be a mad rush of my books and Lotsa Jesus seeking for the next 3 weeks! =)
